Loreley and her students perform a short but diverse programme of Egyptian and Tribal Fusion belly dance. Loreley is a teacher and performer who has been practicing the art of Egyptian belly dance for many years. Belly dance is a graceful dance form that combines fluid and rhythmic movements of the whole body. There are many styles of belly dance. A recent addition is Tribal Fusion with origins on the West Coast of America rather than the Middle East. It combines movements in new ways and can incorporate moves from western dance forms, such as Hip Hop.

Because belly dance makes use of the whole body, it’s also a fantastic form of exercise and is suitable for all ages, shapes and fitness levels. Why not give it go? Loreley teaches classes in Abingdon, Oxford and Wantage. Details may be found on her website: www.loreleyrice.co.uk
