Belly dance is a beautiful, vibrant and fun dance style, involving both fluid and rhythmic movements of the whole body. It’s suitable for all ages, shapes and fitness levels.   Loreley Rice is a professional dancer and IDTA-qualified teacher with many years’ experience.  She discovered Egyptian dance in the early 1980s when she was already a ballet student. Throughout her dance career, she has focused on Egyptian styles of belly dance, and prefers the term, Egyptian Dance, for this fabulously beautiful dance form which involves movements of the whole body. In recent years, she has also taken up Tribal Fusion belly dance, a modern style which first appeared on America’s West Coast.
