Once again, FollyFest will be offering balance and poise, in the beautifully serene gardens of Sudbury House Hotel.   It involves using exercises to optimise energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.  Be there at 10am on Saturday morning and don’t forget your sun cream!

In the event of rain, the workshop will be held in the Old Crown Coaching Inn Ballroom.

Qigong is an ancient practice of mind, breath and body to cultivate mental stillness, fluid movement and relaxed power.  It is an incredibly efficient form of health exercise, combining postural work, stretching, relaxation, breath work and mindfulness.
In this one hour session, you’ll learn some key principles and exercises to begin opening up the body, developing greater internal sensitivity and harmonising the flow of energy in the body.
