FollyFest is Faringdon’s annual music and community arts festival, providing the drumbeat to our town’s quirky year.
FollyFest 2021 – Friday 16 to Sunday 18 July
We’re hoping that FollyFest can go ahead on 16th-18th July 2021, in line with the Government road map which aims to remove all legal social distancing restrictions by 21st June 2021.
Given the continued uncertainty and the fact that FollyFest is planned and run entirely by volunteers, we may have to take a decision, even after 21st June, to radically change or cancel the festival. We hope that will not be the case, but reserve the right to do so.
We continue to liaise with the licensing and Public Health authorities to understand the measures required for festivals to take place safely and for the community to feel totally comfortable.
It’s also quite possible there will be some changes and we may have to adapt to make FollyFest happen this year, with no doubt that FollyFest 2021 will be a glorious celebration of our community, its music, arts, culture and food. So, fingers crossed!
The above schedule is still being refined and is very definitely subject to change!
One town. Two music stages. Three days of fringe events … with a good dose of arts, crafts, local businesses, fun & games thrown in. Traffic grinds to a halt, food and drink flows – bring on the weekend!
